How the Hell do I own the same keyword?See *****Screenshot*****

That's very bizarre, I tried the keyword twice, one as normal selling at £4 and one with a space in front and that came up as being 10c, if you had accidently put a space in front and owned it, it would be selling at 13c, so that can't be the reason.

Think you may need to contact Kooday about this one

Allready did but I am sure they wont reply as my other 2 tickets went unanswered.

Yeah I agree, this one is very puzzling. There are obviously no spaces in front as they are together in alphabetical order. Spaces at the end of the word don't make a difference, so it can't be that either. I suggest calling Mark and having him look up your account.

Just got off the phone with mark from Kooday and his explanation was this.


Kooday registers any information that is added during cut and paste such as tab entry or such.


I can understand the explanation but I thought words that were not aphabetised would be added at the top of the page? Does this not include any code that comes before?

Anyway Mark was a pleasant and very professional in his responce.
