Are foreign keywords worth the investment?

I have checked a few foreign keywords which are available and rate quite high. Any advice on if this will be worth the investment? Does any one else have foreign keywords?

Lol after a bit of research I found a foreign keyword with 9million hits monthly going for 13 cents so there is an untapped market there. The keyword is quite common and lets face it most of the worlds population is foreign with over a billion people in india alone. Do some research for your self and see that trillions of dollars are being pumped in to this country yearly with its upcoming economy.<<<<Excited>>>>
